I now have another one sick.. *sigh*. left him in bed this morning.. the other left on his own this morning. figured we can all sleep in. we need it.
We received some great news this morning. (we get to do a small upgrade on our rental, its a co-op) were thrilled.

Shmeelady you should SO get that container to an appraiser or someone. it could be worth ALOT of $ seriously!

ok question.. has anyone every bought a Eureka. they 'claim' they are better than a Dyson but at less than a $100. im considering it.

i have a Eureka purpose for pets and i love it!! my mom it for me at walmart for christmas a few years ago!

Ugh today i am unpacking all the boxes in my laundy room and repacking into rubbermaid bins. Found this, which i had in ds's nursery. Forgot to unpack it when we moved to manitoba i guess!! My great grandmother had it from when her youngest daughter (now in 50's) was young.

I've never had any problems ordering from them. It can be a little slow though, they have to get the stuff before they ship it to you. I had only one order that they never got and they not only sent me a notice about via email but called to apologize and just sent me a voucher to get $10 off if I order something else... so I like them. Their shipping is a bit high, and I like their days when you can get free shipping, or free shipping all weekend. But they have some neat stuff, much cheaper than in most stores. I try to order enough to make the shipping worth it. And right now am trying to avoid looking at the candy they have posted. I mean who needs 1 kg of sweddish berries right????

Funny story!

I went to the PO yesterday afternoon and mailed off buddy's package. I look on the floor of the PO and see a pile of parcels that I guess the postman dropped off because people (like me) weren't home to accept them. I thought to myself "Wow. That's a lot of packages!"

Then, I see it!! ..... a large box with beautiful crayon colouring! I *gasp*, and interrupted the postal clerk who was already helping the lady behind me ....

"THAT"S MINE!!!" I shouted!! I think she thought I was nuts - I couldn't see my name, nothing, just one side of art. Since it was at the bottom, she pulled all the parcels down and sure enough ....

A BEAUTIFUL PACKAGE FROM SHMEELADY!!!!

I didn't even bring my delivery slip because it said to come the next day (today) but she gave me the package anyways, LOL.

I opened it last night but then had to rush to work.

You SO spoiled me!!! I cannot believe the goodies!!!

And it was the best smelling package I have ever received! LOL

I really could not find a atamp with a cross!! So i improvised and got the other decor for cards. I hope the easy ups are an okay size, i wasnt sure so based it off what size my ds is. Mine and yours were only born two days apart.
