I was happy changing my printables at NoFrills last week, the cashier was friendly and everything was fine, but today I tried to exchange some of the Ocean Spray there again, and the cashier call her manager and she said that "Purchases" is one coupon and not for item, my answer was that purchases means "Item" and again she said not and show me were said "One coupon for purchase" I reply saying that I have one transaction not mean purchase and is totally different mean. well, finally she raise the voice to me and I said: CANCEL MY ORDER & THANK YOU
Do you have had this problem before?
What is the politic about coupons here in London??

Loblaws official policy is one per purchase = one per transaction
So they are just following the corporate policy for all across Canada

I have completely avoided printable coupons because it can be so hit and miss. When I was a cashier, we weren't even told a coupon policy and I just took whatever they gave to me... Maybe most cashiers don't even know the policies and are kind of doing what they think their manager would want them to do??
