I work there and I agree. The scratch and save is totally misleading.
You get the same % off of the regular price as the sale price any other week if not worse, just more work for the cashiers to have to punch in every single item with the % off!
However, you do also save on clearanced items (min. 25% on S&S) which is a good deal, because there isn't additional off of clearance often!!

I got two sets of bed sheets today for my son's big boy bed. Gorgeous twin sets, regular $59.99, marked down to $14.99 then an extra 40% off each. Can't complain!

Thanks for advice, cady and haluska. I read your posts then decide not to waste my time there although I got SPC discount. You are right, maybe only clearance items is good deal. Yet recently I found no good stuff there as before.
But I live near the Bay rather than Zellers to use my SPC card so still have to go there sometimes to make full use of its discount. Do you guys with work experience at the Bay have any suggestion or advice for which deals is best or second-best at the Bay? TIA
