    On Metro web page, they have a contest ongoing to win 5000$ in grocery from Metro. They also have a coupon for 500 Metro bonus points. The coupon is good from March 28th to May 1st.

    Combine this with the 1$ jam coupon and Folgers coupon (I have a 2$ one good for the KCups). The 500 bonus, is an automatic 4$ reward. Niiice : ))

    P.S. or even better deal, just rcvd today my 5$ coupon for coffee from Kelloggs promo. Crossing my fingers items will be on sale next flyer : ))
