If it is blurry
- as above, clean the lens
- take pictures in a bright area *most important, light will help it know how to focus*
- move the phone up and down to allow it to focus

i actual tried all that i think my phone just sucks with thr focus of the camera and i just got an email saying i got the money i have no idea how they saw thr recipt lol
maybe thry use a different system to look at recipts for androids

Well looking at it on your phone will be a smaller version of the receipt. Take a pic (not through C51) and email it to yourself - it is much bigger and so easier to read

No they only accept them through their program unless otherwise agreed (and since they could read your receipt, you don't need to), just a way for you to see what they are actually seeing

OK, I'm really excited about this & I downloaded the app in the Play store & signed in using facebook.

But is there an account or something I have to sign up for? How do they know my name & address or do I do all of that when I submit my first receipt?

Also, I understand that it is one account per device. I also have a Samsung Galaxy tablet so can I sign up on that too? Do I need to use my boyfriend's name/email etc.?

Sorry about all of the newbie questions but I really want to learn how to maximize the savings with this thing!

You can sign into the app with only one account per device so for the second account, your boyfriend can sign up
When you cash out, they will ask for a mailing address. The name should be the one for banking etc so don't use a facebook account with an incorrect name
