Anybody else having issues redeeming the Tim Hortons coupons?

So this morning my husband stopped off at Tim Hortons before work to redeem the free mocha coupon and the store said they dont take the free coupons so he could use a different one so he ended up using the buy 1 coffee and get a doughnut for .49 cents.Has anybody else had this issue? is ALL the tim hortons taking it or just a select few i am confused

I used the $1 smoothie on Saturday at one location no problem. I used the $0.49 bagel w/ coffee purchase this morning at the location close to my work without problem too.

I am planning on using the free mocha tmw morning. Will let you know. i will not be happy if they don't take it.

no issues here - only thing the lady said was if your in drive thru you must tell them ahead of time that you have the FREE coupon

my store is the Westwood location, will try tomorrow at the Downtown location as well

Lucky maybe its just where he went he did present the coupon first before ordering but they didnt want to take it but took a different one instead.

I used one on the corner of Stafford & Corydon for the free Mocha. No problem at all.

No i used the coupon at a Tim Hortons in the mall has anybody tried using the coupon at the Tim Hortons thats attached to the Scotia bank by Hargrave st? its right across the street from us so i think we will try there i am sure we will have better luck.

I have been using these coupons at the downtown Tim Horton's on Portage and Kennedy every day with no issues

I work very close to there, will stop at Tim's on my way home from work and let you know

I use them on Regent with no problem however my husband did have an issue at MTS 1 they did not want to take the BIGI free on ice cap for he bought 2 large and they try to say only small and he had to pay the remanding fee from sm to lg I know it sounds crazy and husband did get the free drink then again besides him and others I know there always having issues with this Tim's
