It's not only Neutrogena, I got the same problem with a Sample source, my order was canceled...you know why, according to them it was the double order, but my mom lives in an apartment building, they have more than 100 apartments there. So, the one who ordered it earlier, got it, while all others (I know at least 10 people who ordered the same day from her apartment building) got nothing.
