Prices for Flour

Hi everyone,

I am trying to determine what is a good price for flour as it seems to range so much and I don't know what a good deal is. Any advice? I wasn't sure if bulk barn was the best deal or if a sale price was a better deal.

i got 10kgs of whole wheat flour for 7.69 at costco.
i often see 5kgs of flour on sale for close to that price at the grocery stores.

I buy my flour at Atlantic Wholesalers. You don't need to buy a membership, and 20kgs is like 15 or $16. It fluctuates a bit. Might be less.
