It really sucks for me. I had saved up my points for a long time and I had been told by cashiers it would be fine to redeem for PC giftcards.
I just sent them a rather long email expressing my displeasure with the PC giftcard excusion.

The cashier at first told me I couldn't because I didn't have enough points, there was a prompt on the computer that said that  I told her I had 35,000. She tried again and prompt came up again. She then called CS and lady came over, she did same thing and just read the prompt to me :yikes:. I told her I had enough points , so she pressed some buttons and it worked, she then informed the cashier that she had to put them through as Regular PC points and not PC PLUS points. Only reason I tried was because I read in this thread that you couldn't anymore so I decided to try my luck and it worked. Maybe if you wanna try again tell the cashier to try the Regular PC points button and not the PC PLUS points button.
I used the Mastercard only because last time I tried the cashier said I couldn't use the app to redeem ( I don't have a PC plus card) , but now I am thinking that they just read the prompt that comes up " No 20,000 points yet" ( something along those lines ) but like I said in the post above, CS told cashier to select Regular PC points and not PC PLUS points when redeeming.
A couple of crazy good offers this week, which I used:
1. Downy Fabric Softener, 1.02L PM'd Basics $3.97 @ RCSS + 2400 pts (offer for me) = $1.57ea [could have been better if I still had some Downy coupons ... oh well] anyhoo, we're good now for a couple of years. ;)
2. Lean Cuisine Entrees ... $1.98 at RCSS + 1200 pts (offer for me) so that's $0.78ea. Good product and we're good till well into 2015 now.

only (5) actually; its a product we use regularly, but sparingly, and just two of us in the household. but maybe I underestimated it a bit ... maybe a years worth, not two. haha
does anyone happen to know if the Superstore accepts the app? I forgot my flyers at home and want to go shopping after work. Thanks!
I got a random offer: Attachment 245274
No details when I click on it or anything...Does it mean I just get 15,000 points the next time I scan my card??
They gave me a bunch of winter food offers. Frozen skillet meals, canned soup and canned vegetables (I've NEVER bought canned vegetables. I hate them). I wait long enough for summer that I'm not going to eat winter food. Only fresh.
Wanted to buy beef from them this week and at least I got a beef offer for once. High quality beef is the #1 item I buy there
Also got 10000 points wus $50 on garden supplies. I live in an apartment building with a tiny balcony...
I also got the 15000 mystery offer. I used my card yesterday but did not get 15000 so I imagine is some kind of glitch. My offers this week are terrible. I only buy produce at RCCS and got mostly cheese, sugary foods and canned winter food.
I use a flyer app (ree bee) all the time @ RCSS so I don't see why not. Never had a problem pming on my phone there. Target on the other hand refuses to pm from phone. (Doesn't make sense to me since we live in a tech-savvy world and it's definitely easier/faster than standing there flipping thru multiple flyers.)
This week I received some very odd offers - things I haven't ever purchased before.
1,100 no name canola oil
400 helluva good dip
600 no name club pack perogies
200 every $3 on no name margarine
8000 for every $40 spent on toys
4000 every $20 spent on vega protein powder or bars
2000 sponge towels paper towels
1000 no name large cheese bars
Then the usual:
200 for every $1 on ground beef
200 every $1 on deli meat
300 iceberg lettuce
200 every $1 on apples
200 every $1 on onions
200 every $1 on peppers
200 every $1 on Bananas
200 every $1 on Farmers Market Muffins
1000 smart water
10,000 for every $50 on Joe Fresh Clothes
new offers again :)

Got a bonus offer for 15000pts, but there is no image and no description. Has anyone else gotten a similar bonus offer? Part of me is hoping that I am randomly getting 15000pts when I swipe my card lol
Some weird ones for me. i.e. I never eat cereal (like ever) nor have I ever bought a frozen entree. Still this week is certainly more personalized to my tastes so I will definitely be doing some stocking up on some items.

I might have used some of these if I had a nearby RCSS to PM at but with Fortinos prices, maybe only the beef if I can be bothered to go over there

Got 6000 pts for every $30 spent in store:lol:. This is the best offer ever (have the PC Plus Card from April 1st)
I had 100 for Old Mill bagels. I wasn't going to get them but they were on sale for $2 and I found some for 50% off so I bought 4!
Got weird offers too! Mostly buy produce and natural food items. It seems each week I get less produce offers...not even the cucumber offer which I have had every week for months ( and use every week) gone is the romaine lettuce offer I used to get all the time...haven't had it in weeks...very sad, Not a blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, peppers, etc offer in sight. Produce offers are so awesome, please bring them back!
Lately, I have also gotten weird offers for things I never buy (last week it was for something called Naked Smoothies  ).
However, I am still getting my weekly offer for mangoes, for which I never get the points credited on my receipt and have to send them an email requesting my missing points.
We shopped yesterday to get points and redeem points.
We did two transactions.
First transaction had grocery items where we did not get bonus points. We paid with PC points so out of pocket was $0.26 for $30 in groceries.
Second transaction was for 1500 bonus point for PC Blue Menu meatballs, on sale for $7.99 (reg. $9.99 -- keeps going up on price. Yikes!)
Told the cashier before the order started. And went to one of our favourite cashiers, so, easy-peasy
I finally got the 7500 points when u spend 75.00 pair that deal to Fortinos steak sale and my personalized 200 points wub beef and ended up with 21000 points for 100.00 shop. I had other offers that were just not a deal at Fortinos so will pm later this week to RCSS
