Can anyone tell me with absolute certainty if the "leaf lettuce" offer works on packaged romaine hearts, or will I only have success using the romaine hearts offer for this item? Thanks in advance.

Made an error.
When you are at the till, it will not work. I have had the leaf lettuce offer for romaine hearts before. However, I always do a points inquiry arguing the point that romaine is a leafy lettuce and have gotten the points for them. So if you want to be on the safe side, only the Romaine Hearts and Romaine Lettuce offers will work on Romaine Hearts lettuce (I assume $0.88 sale at No Frills).
I assume most people know this by now, but just in case...

It has been reported since before the xmas holidays and is still on-going.
Buy at your own risk - personally I wouldn't risk it, no matter the price.
Can anyone tell me - Will the 4000 pts wus $20 on natural products combine with a personal offer of 3000 pts wus $30? That is, if I spend $30 and $20 of that is on natural foods, will I be entitled to 7000 pts? I'm not looking to spend $20 + another $30 :) Anyone done that and gotten the points?
Keep an eye on your PC Plus accounts .... mine is currently locked out because of too many incorrect login attempts (and it wasn't me). It looks like someone might by trying to hack into some accounts again!
What foods are considered natural food? Loblaws has 4000 points for every 20 dollars spent and i have 4000 points for every 10 dollar spent.
thanks
Thanks @flemeth - it worked for me! But my bill was confusing and at first I thought I didn't get the 3000 pts. A manager looked at it and said the same and told me I would have to call to get the points. I used $23+ in coupons so thought it was the coupon issue again and an assistant manager said she thought that was the reason but the manager said no - the coupons are considered like paying in cash (different than what pcplus told me last time). The assistant manger then saw that the in-store points were listed separately from the digital. I guess I haven't done many in-store offers :)
ETA: I just noticed I didn't get points for a product advertised in the flyer - actually had forgotten about the offer. I hastily moved this shopping trip up from tomorrow to today and it's the first time I have gone to do a bigggish/promo shopping trip without a physical shopping list! I usually write down prices, coupons I have, and any bonus points. Anyway I called and they added the points.
Thanks for that info @Colsgirl :)
Wow, what a great offer - I only ever get 3000 pts wus $30! Do you shop at Loblaws a lot? Wondering how you got to be so lucky :)
My store has a section marked natural foods - it includes a freezer section. I bought gluten-free bread and some organic olive oil. Other things i noticed in the section at my store were quinoa, Bob's Red Mill products, coconut oil, special teas.. I think all the PC organics products qualify also. Also, Gardein products, soy beverage/milk, Eden soups, Enjoy life snacks. That's all I can think of now. YMMV
I think most of the larger PC stores have a special section where you'll find most of the natural foods. I was super-happy to find the same bonus offer in my account this morning! I went to Zehrs and purchased $270 in that department. I used $18.50 in coupons, earned 52,000 (4,000/$20) in-store and 108,000 digital points (4,000/$10) so $270 - $18.50 (coupons) - $52 (in-store points value) - $108 (digital points value) = $91.50 !!!
thanks for posting this @immac2947 I missed it!
Out West - in the flyer
3,500 pts wub Oroweat bread/tortillas for $3.50....
If you sign in a shop.loblaws.ca and click on pc offers you will see your offer for 4k when you spend $10 just click on it and it will show you all the items it applies to. I just had the same offer and redeemed it yesterday. I also had a bulk food offer and a JAMIESON vitamin offer. And there are a lot of overlapping items in the bulk foods and vitamins are also part of the natural foods.

I can speak for Ontario at least. They use to be really sneaky about Flyer Points. One time, I bought a few of something that had advertised points, I checked my bill and only got points for one of the about four I bought. When I went to Customer service to correct, I was told, it is a limit of one point offer despite not telling the customer ANYWHERE. It has since changed and I now always get points on multiples of an item purchased. Most recently being in ONT 500 Points WUB Betty Crocker Instant Potatoes OR Hamburger Helpers for $1.48 each, bought 2, got 1,000 points and paid $2.96.
Actually, the 4,000/$20 is an in-store offer, listed on the top of the first page of the Zehrs flyer. I also received a personal (digital) bonus offer of 4,000/$10 so I used both.
It doesn't happen often that you get the opportunity to save 60% on everything you buy in the natural products area so I took full advantage of it!
This is the 3rd time I've had the 4,000 points for every $10 spent on natural products. I have no idea why but I'll gladly use it anytime PC wants to offer it! :)
