yup it totally happened to me and also you don't know what time the offers will appear in your account as well! like yesterday I went for an early morning shop, came back and 3 new offers popper up in my account and one of the offers were good on the shop that I just did. I called their hotline, agent took down my info and said it will take 1 week for replies, but have warned me that they are having back logs and it might take longer time. I have read other Scers here had been waiting for months for their missing points, so I decided to just drive back to do a refund and repurchase to get my points. At first the staff at the desk didn't want to help me at all, saying it was a personal offer they can't do anything for me. they were just lazy and didn't want to go thou my receipt to do the refund ad rebuy. ok so when I ask for a manager she claim she was the manager.....hummm...I m not easily fool or give up like that kinda of person. I insist to speak to the highest authority person in the store or else i m not going to leave! then she called down a guy with tattoo on his two arms........but his name tag say assistant manager.lol in the beginning he did not want to help, after some conversation he says he will personally do it for me, but realize he do not know how to function the cash resigster..,,really? but hes the assistant store manager....anyhow with training from the staff, which took a while he successfully completed the process for me and i got my points
Heads up, people!

Gonna hunt for some cheap ProActiv.:)
Online says I have 21,000 points. Went to redeem 20,000 today and the till said I only had 19,400! grrrr how incredibly frustrating! I had to void my transaction (embarrassing) and go home to double check online. I sent pcplus an inquiry about the discrepancy. Ticks me off, waste of a trip!
I had 1600 points manually added on the phone, the end of january...funny how the math works out. Apparently those points aren't mine!
NOT impressed!
ok went back to get groceries and not just makeup ;) to build up my points
idk what the problem was but it happened again, the till refused my redemption even though I had added 15,200 MORE from my grocery shop (did transactions seperate)
The only thing this cashier did different to eventually make it work was do the redemtion FIRST, then take the tax off. But the pretax total was $22.93 so that was weird...
Earlier the cashier, took the tax off, then tried the redemption = didn't work
So, if you plan on redeeming this no tax weekend, might be good to know incase you encounter this error.
Ended up buying 72 (lol) cans of Friskies wet cat food. Regular $0.69, but some were down to $0.54, and then got 200 PC points per can. Earned 14200 points, and needed the food.

I had offers for potatoes, cucumbers and yogurt, and the sign on the Halls cough drops said 150 points. Went in and bought these items, got points for the yogurt, not for the potatoes or cucumber or cough drops.
I haven't used the PC plus program much, Sobeys is handier and I shop a lot at Costco. But of the few times I have used my PC Plus card, much of the time I have to put in a points inquiry to get the points. Is this the norm for this program? Can't say I'm enthusiastic to go over my receipt with a fine tooth comb every time.
Question for anyone who has had to do a points inquiry:
I did a point inquiry as I had a personal offer for 200 pts for every Hunt's Sauce & Paste, I bought 12 cans, but 3 different types/flavours but only got points on the first 4 so one type/flavour. I did an inquiry and got my points but was kind of surprised that it is listed as a goodwill, does it always come up as goodwill when points are added later?
The computer crashed when the cashier was running my things through. After I paid I noticed I had no points, so I went to Customer Service and she said that is why happens when the till crashes but the points would be credited. Checked my account when I got home and they weren't so I had to go back to the store and get them to refund the goods and put them through again. I knew submitting an inquiry would be no good, I did that last time it happened and they wouldn't give me the points because they said my card wasn't scanned.
I got 400pts per can of Campbell's Chunky soup
The store had a deal if you buy in multiples of 8 = $11.92 for 8 cans which is $1.49 can and the equivalent of 40c off in points. Making the price come down to $1.09 the cheapest I have got this soup recently!!
Just got back from RCSS and saw Lysol kits for $5.19. Good deal for some one interested in doing MIR.
I had 5000 points wub $20 beauty etc. stuff. Spent $10 in coupons but system still gave me 5000 points, quite impressed for the first time . They had olay small cream for $1.67 in trial section but I think that won't qualify for $3 wub 2 coupon. Surprisingly my store had travel size neutrogena wipes which I have never seen there before. The cs girl adjusted the price to $2.49 for my $3 off coupon but still a good deal as I had to spend only another $10 plus tax for those $5000 points.
Snapped this today at an RCSS in Ontario. Anyone know of a sale I could price match?Attachment 216709
Did a great shop on Saturday. Got 4600 instore pts + 5800 personal pts. Lunchmate Stackers (PM Food Basics @ 1.99)(instore special 500pts) + personal offer 500pts. Cucumbers (PM Food Basics @ .99) with 400 pts. Danactive sale 4.98 with 1200 personal pts + 300 instore pts. Never been able to rack up that much in one shop before. Crazy stuff, $10+ added to my account.
6th shop in a row with missing points.
I hate that they have the best ground beef in town (Beretta) so I have to go there to get it. lol. Otherwise I would probably be giving up
My best deal this week using PC Points was Robin Hood Flour, on sale at Zehrs for $4.99 -$1.00 Coupon = $3.99 + personal offer for 1200 pts/bag + Flyer Offer 500 pts/bag. These are all the specialty flours so I got cake & pastry (for mom), whole wheat & unbleached (for mom), only down side was they Bread Flour was not included which sucked because that is what I use the most if that had of been included I would have gotten an additional 2 bags.
Also had a personal offer for 200 pts on any Hunt's Paste or Sauce bought 12 assorted cans only got points for the 1st 4 can but after an inquiry all points have been added. In total 1600 pts and Hunt's Sauce is on sale this week at Zehrs for $0.88.
Also got a couple offers for things we buy all the time but never go on sale so if I go out this week I will pick these items up at RCSS.
... I made a bit of a boo boo this week. I had a personal offer of 200 points for every $1 spent on mushrooms. I price matched the mushrooms for .99. I should have asked him to make it $1 even so I could get the points. It would have been equal to a savings of .20 as opposed to missing out on it completely. Next time.
