Sounds like when I ordered flowers for my Nana through 1-800-flowers! Never again, but I did get my money back
I feel just sick over this whole situation for you... ick. Not a fun one to find yourself in... hope you get the resolution you deserve... and soon.

It really is horrible customer service!!!! Anyone who sees this, I have posted his number and extension on the first post, if anyone else had had a problem feel free to call and chew him a new one!!!

Call the number I posted in the first post and give him heck!!! This is over till its over!! Also contact your credit card company like I did! The more people who report claims the better chance this will be marked for the fraud they are!!!

I cannot even imagine if this happened to me. Any company your spending your hard earned money on should have better customer service than this! Sorry for your situation but thanks for posting so we all get a much needed warning.

Paul at extension 199, if I were to ever order flowers to be delivered Bloomex would be my last choice, in fact it wouldn't be an option at all based on what I have seen and read here. I feel very sorry for Jenny and her mother for what you and your company has put them through this past Mother's Day. Even after the mistake was made I may have changed my perception of your company if an effort was made to amend the problem but seeing the up date I think losing customers is what is deserved.
It also means that an SC member is likely a bloomex employee!! He said in regards to this thread I "plastered" it all over the Internet........ He has no idea how well this girl can plaster!! This is just the beginning!!!
This post makes me sad. How can a company charge you over $100 for what you received is beyond me - looks like something from a gas station for $9.99 (sorry).
That bouquet is not even CLOSE to what was pictured and I too would be absolutely livid if that showed up on my recipients door step.
