I'm interested but not quite sure of the concept.
I'm guessing its like a VWT but without wishlists? We just send 10 random tear pad coupons plus 2 stamps to you? And we'll get 10 different tear pad coupons back?
I'm guessing we rate all riders since we don't know who sent which coupon?

Yes, you send me 10 tear pad coupons and ill swap them out from the train for 10 different ones. On previous trains like this, it's been that the riders do not have to rate each other, only the. Conductor, who rates all riders. Pm me your addresses to join!

Are these for grocery tear pads only, or pharmacy items as well?

We all love food coupons, but a few meds mixed in are ok too. I try to make sure that the swap is fair ( if u send all meds to the train, you'll probably get all different meds back). Hope that makes sense
