Gillette Sends Goodies For Nice FB Message

GOOD GOD! I just got a big box delivered from Fed Ex and wondered what the heck I'd ordered and had forgot about. I opened it up and got all this freakin' stuff sent to me from them! On Facebook they have ads which often asks questions. I replied about how much I love their razors and they sent me all these goodies! They replied to my FB message and asked for me to send an email, so I sent them a nicely written letter saying how I loved the Fusion razors. Last week I got a voucher for a free razor too but thought that was what they said they were sending me, but I just now got all this this!!! Plus there was a handwritten letter, not just some thing rolled off a printing press. All it took was a 15 minute letter telling them it's the only razor I find doesn't make my neck raw and red after hunting for a brand that didn't. Wow!

Awesome!! Hubby loves Fusion razors too.


I wonder how many emails they'll get in the next couple days from people wanting a pack too lol....

My dh loves their razors too as they don't irritate his skin the way so many others have in the past. After years of cheap razors and blades he's now convinced the higher price is worth it.

wow!! How very nice of them! I love when companies go the extra mile, personalized notes/letters are awesome. It really shows you that they stand behind their products and appreciate their customers

You know I won't buy new blades for razors I refuse to pay the high cost its so much money even for a pack of 4 plus they have them locked up in vault ha-ha I find it cheaper to buy new razors every time its really a lot cheaper you can get razors with extra blades for a fraction of the price. When there is a sale plus using coupons I can get two razors with extra blades for less then it cost for new blades.

Ohhh this is amazing!!! How nice of the company to do so (on top of their recent FPCs to "the man of the house")! My bf would love this (as would most men I assume)! I think that companies are getting fed up with some customers who are always complaining about not being able to catch a freebie in time and so forth, that it must've meant something to them to have actual effort put into writing them a letter. Good on you!

That's wonderful! That reminds me how of what cutomer appreciation used to mean. A sincere comment and an action on behalf of the company that recognizes the gesture of positive feeback.
