I'm confused what's the difference between chicken breast and chicken breast fillet? how is one so much more expensive than the other in the flyer, are they not the same thing. maybe I don't know my chicken breasts, who knows. Tempted by the watermelon.

When they "filet" the chicken breast for you, the cut it up into thin pieces that cook faster. Because they do they work, they want to charge you for their labour. You can buy the chicken breast and with a nice sharp knife, make the filets yourself.

Chicken fillets are actually a tender piece of meat just under the main portion of breast. If you've ever deboned a chicken breast, you will be familiar with this cut that just seems to fall away in a neat strip. Each chicken has two fillets.
