I update the pool every few weeks to show who has been voted off. When the Sole Survivor is announced the SC'er with that person wins whatever is in the prize pot (I update as I receive contributions). I then mail the winner a package with tracking via Canada Post.
There's loads of room left (still 7 spots, maybe more if people dont send their contribution).
