I have ac but it doesnt get to my bedroom so when i go to bed at night i use a gel ice pack and put it under my neck or by my back and it helps me get to sleepQuote:

We put portable AC units in our bedrooms this year, best thing we could have done. We choose the portable as we did not want the window to be blocked all summer. Super easy to install and work great on the bedrooms and an added bonus they were on sale and got them for less than I thought I was going to pay.

we only have AC in our livingroom window which is the opposite end of our apartment from the bedrooms. when its not crazy hot we just use window fans in the windows. but with this heatwave we have been running it all night, then we have a tall standing fan which I put in the hallway point towards our bedroom door in hopes that some of the cold air blows down our way. last night wasnt so bad but the night before was a bit hot.Quote:
