I just called my pharmasave in kanata, and they say they're not doing double coupon days in Onatrio any more

I don't think its a good idea to call the stores. They get frustrated enough when they get a bunch of calls before the double coupon days without having to interrupt their work to respond to these calls.. Seriously this is not a good idea.
