checked out a great little thrift store a couple towns away. lots of great deals. i got a purse, a cart full of clothing for the kids & myself. a great picture frame, a couple NHL pins for DH (he collects). paid under $10! now i'm totally in the mood to go to some yard sales.

Sitting here watching the concert for the Boston marathon that was on over the weekend (pvr'd) and sitting here in tears!!! The emotion running throughout this whole show is AMAZING!!!! The best so far was NKOTB and Boyz II Men doing a duet of One Sweet Day (Originally sung by Mariah Carey and the Boys) but OMG as a child of the late 80's-early 90's I still LOVE my NKOTB!!!!!

Alright computer is done so i can post the AMAZING package i received today from Super807!!! The kids were trying to grab everything before i could even take a picture!!!! But i think I managed to get everything back for a pic. We got:

Wasn't thinking about heat waves when I bought them. It hasn't been hot here. Am really hoping the mug works for you as a replacement for the broken one.
I LOVE it!! Around the house it will be awesome, only small problem is its too big to fit in my cup holder in the car, but thats ok. I have it in the car very rarely!
Any of you ladies have a good Turkey Slow Cooker recipe? Farm boy had huge Turkey breasts for $3, so I bought one for the kids and I. Now I need to figure out the best/easiest way to cook it tomorrow. lol. I usually only do Turkey at Thanksgiving and Christmas but it was such a good price.
