Safeway deals

I never see a brag about Safeway deals with the Bogo so I thought I would post. I use my Bogo along with my Club card and only pay the tax. I went yesterday and got 8 pantene product.. 28 secret doderants...along with 8 scrubbing bubbles bathcleaner... I used the BOGO coupons that were expiring aft yesterday as well I use $2.00 off coupons for the scrubbing bubble only wub 4 you get them for $2. My total for this was $4.29.

card savings $90.69 coupons savings $85.77 total of $176.46 that's 100% savings wow........ Yes there were tons of deoderants and my reason for 28 is because I have a large family to give to as well as friends...

awesome brag!! Lucky you . Our safeway here won't allow me to use the BOGO coupon with thier bogo deals...

I never see Safeway brags here either. But I love them and take advantage of a few when I can. I didn't do the ones you did but there are great deals to be had. In there coupon policy it says you can use a Safeway Club card offer and a manufacture coupon. So you should always be able to use both. B1G1 on the Safeway card and B1G1 coupon. Making both free. The only stumbling block is if you get a cashier who doesn't know and then in turn the manager who doesn't know either. Then you are out of luck. Then only way to change it is to get the manager to look into it and then come back another day when they realize you are right. I also totally get the coupons say cannot be used with another offer. But Safeways coupon policy says its OK. So they must know what they are doing right?? I have always been able to use both here. I also on a past shop just went in to buy 2 pantene and used a coupon and my card and just paid tax. The cashier was surprised but didn't stop me from doing it. I was a happy lady.

Yes you are absolutely right on the Bogo and club card coupon policy. It is allowed and suppose to be allowed in all Safeway stores.That came fr head office. You will come across managers and cashiers who will not allow but it is easily solved once you call head office for that particular store as they will call there to let the management know that in fact it is allowed as stated in their policy. I never have a problem at one specific place I go to as I have a choice of several and the other couple I have gone to are kinda rude etc about coupons so I stay at the one and never have a problem and it is approved by management. All the workers are very nice and as leaving the store if they are standing there and not very busy will say have a great day with a nice smile as well the same when entering and the cashier who serves me will tell me what I have saved and Congrat me on it with a smile.
