All three of our Tim locations, within 3 km of each other all gave out tickets starting at 1 pm! I am so livid at this. The sales started at 2 pm. NOT get a ticket at 1 pm and come back to pick it up at 2 pm. What a crappy set up. All the tickets were spoken for by the time my hubby got there at 1:15. Most people took a ticket, left and were coming back at 2 pm to pick it up.
I would not be so angry if he had of went there at 1:15 and there were 45 people ahead of him. I get that but he waited about 15 mins and wondered where everyone was. Then he was told that they already gave out all the tickets. We were too late, but those people that got tickets an hour early and didn't even have to stand in line to wait is what ticks me off. I'm sure 3/4 of those tickets went to staff.
Uggh so irritated. Oh well. First world problem, right?Last edited by CrazyQT; Wed, Jun 12th, 2013 at 06:24 PM.

I went as well DH said go get yourself one. I was there at 12:55 and they had sold out already and as I was walking in people were walking out with 5-6 boses at a time. I thought I read one per person? I am somewhat disapointed but no biggie but I was surprised that the one per person was not in place at the Greenbank location here in Ottawa and I went to the loaction on Robertson and they said they sold out in about 3 minutes and I forgot to ask them if they had the one per person minimum. Well that was my shot at getting a Tassimo.

I showed up at 1:30. They had separate lines for coffee and tassimo. They handed out numbers around 1:55 and I got number 2.

Ours you had to be in line (didn't have to be in order of getting the ticket) but if you left, they asked for the ticket (there was a staff person outside making sure people knew that the line was not for coffee)

Did anyone get a different model then the T46? I got the last one from the store I went too!!! I was number 40 out of 43, when I got to the till there was one box left, the staff started to look every where for the other boxes, none to be found, number 41's cashier grabbed my box before my cashier could get it, they ended up battling it out my cashier winning in the end! Turns out they let people buy them who didn't have a number, as well as only one cashier was to sell them but all three ended up ringing them in. Before that everything was smooth though, staff kept count of people in line, handed numbers out at 1:59! Once the tills opened and the line moved regular customers got mix in and got the deal. Felt really bad for the last three, one guy was super excited he was number 43!

My hubby and I went to Tim Horton's about 1:30. I wanted one for us and one for my son for his birthday. Manager gave out tickets and only wanted to give us one but I said it's one per customer not per household, so we got ticket#2 and#3. We got the T47 model. Once everyone in line got their Tassimo, he offered the remaining ones to his staff and they all got one. A few minutes later a customer came in for one but he said,"Sorry, all sold out".

For the Tassimo T-Discs FPC that you get when you register your brewer, what do you put down for the price? $40?
