Free General Mills cereal DQ/Orange Julius coupons refused at Toronto Eaton Centre

Super angry that the 10 free orange julius coupons I have from the General Mills promotion, aren't being accepted by the Toronto Eaton Centre. The expiry says July 31. I've phoned, emailed, facebooked, was told to fill out a form which I did, and still haven't heard anything back. anyone else have trouble?

They get reimbursed for it , so I don't know what the problem is

What reason did they give you ?

Maybe they were scammed by other's with fake cpns before, and now even denying legitimate customer's like you bcoz of that

People even photocopy cereal box cpns on other cereal boxes

Just making sure, in your title you said "DQ/Orange Julius coupons" the DQ ones are expired if you were trying to use those, they were only usable during May. If you were only using Orange Julius ones, then yes, contact head office, they should accept them.

My local Orange Juliuis/DQ only accepted the DQ ones.

the coupons do state "coupons valid at any participating DQ or OJ"

i guess that particular location is not "participating" so i would assume any complaint from you will not really get you anywhere.

back in the day i use to work at a DQ/OJ & our store did not "participate" in these promos. in my opinion the managers are just too cheap & lazy to submit to get their money back, at least the owners of the location i was at were.

it's really unfortunate but i'm pretty sure they are covered by the "participating" wording of the coupon.

I have used both at the DQ/OJ near me; Georgian Mall and the DQ on young street near Minets Point (Barrie) no issues. It is unfortunate that not all are participating as they do get reimbursed. I would express my disappointment and maybe next time there is a coupon the management will rethink their position?

I tried to use the coupon at Dixie outlet mall but was refused, said they are not participating in the promo. I then used the coupon at another location and it was accepted without any problem. Unfortunately it closed down shortly after so I couldn't use the 2nd coupon.
