I don`t normally post in the deals section. It was brought to my attention that a Facebook group copied my entire deal onto their page (With no credit to me obviously)
Not so much a rant on my behalf - I`m all for sharing a good find, but seriously? Some loser couldn`t take 2 seconds to revamp some wording to make it their own?
Way to have no originality!
a brick to the dude at RCSS who said "you made me be an asshole"
when I am being so careful on my eating plan ( so many calories allowed, but only so many things fit within the guidelines)
So why should my scrumptious homemade GF meat pie cost me sooo many calories? The pastry alone would be approx 300 calories if I believe the GF mix suggesting ONE serving is 15 grams and 53 calories! ( who eats only 15 grams of pastry??!! )
Honestly I don't know whether to laugh or cry.....or just eat it.
WOB, I feel for you. Recently I saw a nutritionist on tv explain the misconception people have that going GF if good for weight-loss, where in fact it is meant for those who have celiac disease, gluten intolerance/allergy. GF foods have to have extra fat/sugar added to make them tasty, to make up for the lack of gluten.
Good luck with your continued journey!
yes Natalka commercial GF foods do have all that extra stuff in them to make them tasty, but they do not HAVE to have them in there. I make all mine from scratch without the crap and they taste every bit as satisfying. When they overload the amounts of sugar, salt and fat they create that same addiction in GF foods that they make in ALL processed foods. They want people coming back for more, and they do because they become addicted to the additives.
i'm sorry, i'm missing something... what's a GF food?
Gluten free
Have so much to do for my oldest's birthday on Thursday, and my toddler is refusing to nap so I can get stuff done(nothing on my list is doable with a toddler under my feet). Plus the cold she gave me for Mother's day combined with my allergies is making me feel terrible and I have no idea which one is making me feel worse so I don't know what kind of medicine to take to feel better.
i just cracked my phone screen :bawling:
people need to mind their own business when working out at the gym, unsolicited advice is 100% inappropriate and not welcomed.
When you're working out at the gym and some random person decided he should suggest there's a better way of doing what you were doing. like, stfu, you don't know my fitness background and the reason for doing what i do so just go away and mind your own goddam business. and no just because ima girl i don't need your advice. so OFF
