-so in my mind this is not a french coupon -cause the address to redeem it is In st.john's-am I correct??

My local RCSS (Steeles/Dufferin - Toronto) put a sign up at each cash saying they are changing their policy to limited how many items per transaction and which stores I can PM to (Effective April 6. 2015). More annoyed about saying they want to reduce lineups... are you saying my PMing takes too long? :cussing: I've had so many people recently not happy with me PMing and getting more and more agitated in line behind me o.O Not like the quality is getting any better - Meat and Veggies haven't been the best lately.... and out of stock of a lot of items and I go in on Sunday Mornings! Really considering taking my business elsewhere... anyone else having issues as well? Any suggestions?
