My closest Walmart having 10 skids of Keurigs but not one of the 0.88 cookie sheets.
Tried to get some of the $0.88 Cookie Sheets but no luck, I guess it doesn't help when your Walmart opens at 6am and you get there close to noon. Wanted to get some for myself, my roommates and my parents

    Inconsiderate filthy people...
I was at Shoppers this morning checking out and I noticed the lady behind me had placed a polysporin pink eye tube by my order. I turned around to look at her and her daughter who was about 12, she had a raging case of pink eye. The mother then proceeded to clean eye gunk from her daughter's eye with her finger and then put her infested hand on the counter. The cashier looked like he was going to barf, and we gave each other the WTF look. I asked if he had anything to wipe the counter with and he grabbed some wipes, I don't even think the lady knew how offensive she was. What is wrong with people...

A great example of why I prefer animals ( refer to my comments earlier in the rants about animals in stores)

Sewer work for our street being done tomorrow - so no water for the day tomorrow, then once it's back on, having to boil water til testing comes back clear - they say three days, but it's never that... and we'll run into a weekend.

We went through it last summer (year ago) and that was gross, because it ended up being eight days before the water was cleared. I guess that's part of being in quite an old neighbourhood?

They dug up our street for sewers last year, and we had a day without water, but the big thing was weeks of truly scary 20-foot holes right beside the sidewalk, no fencing. I got vertigo just thinking about going out the front door (thankfully we are on a corner and I could get to another street out the back.)

May your water guys be efficient!

Why would a mother let a 2 year old chew on a chocolate bar (in the package) and then return it to a shelf for the next unsuspecting customer???

Hmmm- friend asks if I would like to charge her kid and BF's trip on my credit card so I can get the points and says no problem if I would rather not but thought they would ask. I declined. No reply to my text reply or since..... Real nice.

Another public health teachable moment. Wow. Guess it might be useful to have wipes/sanitizer on one's person as not all stores provide them in the cart area (love Sobeys and Fortinos for providing those wipes btw-I use them on the hand baskets as well).

would not have believed it if I had not seen it with my own eyes...cashier saw it all too! I just hope that they removed it.

Dad dumped some leaves on the ground where one has to walk to get to green cart and garbage can.
I don't believe he got that idea from watching TV pretty much all day. Karma, you know what to do. . .
