    My rant is with this site Smart Canucks. It has become so bogged down with ads that it takes forever to load on my laptop and I think for that reason the site is blocked on my work computer. I use to like visiting this site but now it is too much of a bother.

    Maxi has the Chapman's Super Premium ice cream for $3.99 and I had 5 x $3 coupons.

    The cashier didn't know what to do so she called CS. He comes over, looks at the coupons and says it's one per customer. We say no, it's one per purchase. We did this before. He tells cashier to do it. Then she whines that we are paying .99 each!

    She'll probably have a meltdown if the coupons were FPCs!

    @couponmummy : I used the chapmans coupons 3 times this week...2 time where in check out..no problem ..that is a win...and reg cash cashier read it during like 3 minutes before applicate the coupon..wow
    The goal is to live day by day not to much thinking hahaha !!!!
    I love to save money!!! Frugal life hahaah !!!

    Sooo my DD received a letter this week from Canada Life stating that they had a data breech in March/23 and that her information has been compromised!!! So just letting her know now??? Wow! you do everything you can to protect your information and then a large company is sloppy with your information. Makes a person want to just snap.

    I got a code for PC Express, 20K WUS $75

    There were items that had instore points and the loadable offer for Always. When I added them to my cart, the points are way off and they don't make sense. Like the points only apply once and not on multiples. For instance, Panda oyster sauce is $2.88 with 500pts.

    So I just went to Maxi and bought 10 oyster sauce. There were none on the shelf but there were 4 cases on the top shelf. I asked a guy to help me get it down. He asked the Produce guy and the guy raised his hands up in the air flailing. So the first guy went away. I was just standing there by myself for about 5 minutes waiting, walking around to find another person. Meanwhile the produce guy continues stacking Bananas. Another guy come around, slightly dressed better and sees me waiting there. He asked if I needed help and I said I wanted the oyster sauce up there. He brings it down, saying loudly, if a customer asks for help, you help. He gives me 10, I go to self checkout and the guy was chewing the produce guy out again. I was far away but could still hear him.

    And I got 10 x 500pts = 5000pts

    o.k. so a question: Is it a real thing at NF stores to deny a price match from Freshco by saying that the item was listed in the long column on the far right of the flyer.
    They claimed that column of items are all connected to earning Scene points, which I felt was B.S.!!!

    It's the large jug of Palmolive dish soap on sale for $8.99 near the bottom of the column in the FreshCo flyer. I actually price matched one yesterday with NO issues
    whatsoever and wanted to buy another one today. There are NO words indicating that buying that jug of dish soap will earn me Scene points. Some of the other items in
    that column do have a points value attached.
    The cashier said ALL the items in that column are ineligible for a price match.

    DD and I went to Walmart to get more chips with the B1G2F coupons. One per customer and we each had a survey to do with a receipt. 4 receipts total.

    The guy at the exit asked to check our receipts. I gave all 4 receipts to him. He was dropping them on the floor and my daughter said, hey, you're dropping them on the floor and I went to pick them up. He looks at the floor and says, yeah so, she picked them back up pointing at me. Like that excuses him for dropping my receipts on the dirty floor. Didn't even say sorry or attempt to pick them up.

    The reason he dropped them on the floor was because he was licking his fingers to separate them. I hated it when teachers did this but this is worse because COVID. Gross. Sanitize my hands to death.

    @couponmummy I think way too many people view covid as a " been there , done that " experience. It's back, but accepting having to return to wearing masks, using sanitizer and getting booster vaccinations seems to be just too much to ask I guess? The fellow who appeared nonchalant about both licking the fingers and dropping your receipts sounds like one of them.

    Now for a resolved rant. On Sept. 23rd I participated in a PC optimum offer to spend $250, get 20,000 points. No Frills was where I shopped, followed offer details.
    No points awarded, did usual online missing points inquiry. Waited.......received a few " we're working on it " emails. Nothing happened, ever. I made no less than 4 separate phone calls about this, always a different CS rep. I love retelling the same story to a different rep each time. Not.
    All these specialists challenged my initial offer, even though I had attached screen grabs of my receipt, and the offer itself. They requested this info in their emails to me.
    Even sent them THE very scan that where they congratulated me on earning the offer from my PC optimum page.

    So today I was thrilled after a 20 minute wait on the phone, the CS rep manually added the points!! Good grief!

    It’s the usual for me.

    Horrid PC offers. I haven’t purchased any diary, eggs or meat since 2018 and guess what I still get offers for????

    Also the “ get X number of PC points wub $50 of a certain product” then the products are $42.99- $48.99 each but you really don’t want to purchase multiples
