Casually went into Target today and they had a TON of their outdoor stuff on clearance, at least 50% off! I got some BEAUTIFUL string lights (can take pics if wanted!) for $13 a box (of 10 lights). They had nice furniture for cheap (a nice outdoor rocking chair for $25, teal adarondack (seriously how do you spell that?!) chairs for $11...Too bad I drive a tiny car!
I got a nice hard cased BBQ set for like $15 and some other BBQ accessories for cheap for Fathers day.
Planters were half off too, even cute 3 pot indoor herb growing pots were starts at a buck and change for the plastic ones! (nice ceramic sets of 3 for $7!) Great for gifts. I'm so tempted to go back without the kids!!
Nice little metal framed, bright colour teal light holders for $2 and change! Yep tons! Said they have more to put out once it starts clearing out too! This thread is currently associated with: Target

Target does not stop at a 50% clearance like some stores. In a week or 2 everything that is left will be marked down to 70% off.

Here is some more info on how target marks things down.
They start with marking things down 15% then 30% then 50% then finally 70% off. They put the clearance items on the ends of isles facing away from the main store... so a perimeter walk around is a good idea. Merchandise is typically marked down every 2 weeks.
They have specific days of the week they mark down different areas of the stores... in the states it is
Monday Target Markdowns: Kids’ Clothing, Stationery (office supplies, gift wrap), Electronics
Tuesday Target Markdowns: Women’s Clothing and Domestics (Decor)
Wednesday Target Markdowns: Men’s Clothing, Toys, Food, Health and Beauty
Thursday Target Markdowns: Lingerie, Shoes, Housewares
Friday Target Markdowns: Cosmetics, Automotives
Please feel free to let us know if the same thing is happening here on the same days. The more info we have the more cashola we can save.

Hmmmm, me thinks I'm going to have to send one of my dd's over to target to see what's available in clearance. Thanks OP for posting.

Also check the top righthand corner of the red clearance sticker. You should see numbers like 15, 30, 50. That's the percentage of the markdown. So if you see 70, you'll know it doesn't go beyond that (except for things like holiday stuff which I believe is on a difference schedule than regular merchandise).
