They also have a contest this week, here are the details

'To celebrate our members, we're giving one lucky member $500! If your grocery trip totals $60 or more, submit your receipt and it could be you!'

While this contest doesn't go live until Thursday, here are some of the details:

-Each member can only enter once
-The receipt must include at least $60 worth of grocery products after taxes, coupons, and other discounts. The $60 worth of groceries must be on one receipt. And for us, grocery products means food, beverage (non-alcoholic), cleaning & washing, non-prescription pharmacy, personal care, other Checkout 51 offers.
-The receipt must be dated and submitted between Thursday, June 20 and Wednesday, June 26 (same as our regular offers.)
-The selected member will have to answer a skill-testing question in order to claim the prize.
-The Official Rules will be posted when the new offers go live!

Does anyone else have an insanely hard time spending $60 on groceries each week?

I'll be waiting to see what the exclusive offers entail because none of these jump out at me.

I know what you mean! I don't think I've ever spent $60 on one grocery receipt--not even Christmastime.

Do you have kids? I spend about $100 each week no problem! I can spend $60 on produce alone, sigh...

2 big boxes of diapers are already $60 or more, with formulas, you will get over $150 like nothing, lol. kids can really dig your pocket to the bottom of it.

I hardly ever spend 60.00 a week but thankfully a lot of other people do and leave their receipt in the shopping cart, on the ground, in the garbage just outside of grocery store.... have a look next time you are out and you may be surprised at what you will find! The ones I find are usually dirty and crumpled up sometimes but CO 51 doesnt care. I have 3 accts in my household and I always manage to get 3 $60.00 receipts each week.

This is what I do. Surprisingly I found it harder to find them then I thought it would be. Turns out the stores in my area tend to keep things tidy when it comes to this kind of thing.

But see diapers aren't really groceries so that wouldn't count towards $60.

I don't buy diapers or formula (kids are 2 and 5). between dh and kids and me we can eat 7lbs of carrots a week, 5 heads of brocolli, 6-7 heads of romaine...you get the picture...and in MB produce ain't cheap, sigh again...
