I buy coupons off of Ebay.ca - I have my paypal set up for it to come out of my bank account - so if say a smartsource comes out and it has a really good coupon like Sweet Baby Rays 2.00 I ordered 15 off of a ebay seller I paid a total of .99 for the 15 of them - now today I am price matching to RCSS 2/2.98 at Walmart and making .51 x 15=7.65

Walmart locations, cashiers and CSMs vary in allowances. Even 15 at WM price for last time I got mine about a week ago at 1.97 is still good. Good luck.

You were lucky to use 15 coupons in 1 transaction
.. walmart at 88th in surrey will allow only 2 coupons per customer (if there aren't any restrictions). Also, yesterday I was told they no longer accept coupons on travel sizes.
it is sux but it was coming ..
