PRIZES: There are two hundred fifty eight (258) prizes available to be won at the outset of this Contest – one (1) Grand Prize, one hundred fifty (150) Challenge Prizes and one hundred seven (107) Daily Prizes.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available consisting of a choice of one (1) of the following three (3) options:

Grand Prize Option 1: Four (4) nights, five (5) day trip for four (4) to an Outdoor Music Festival in Indio, California, USA in 2014, including round trip economy airfare, hotel accommodations (two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy), five (5) day car rental up to a maximum value of $400.00 USD, four (4) General Admission Festival Passes to the 2014 Outdoor Music Festival in Indio, California and $500.00 USD in spending money.


Grand Prize Option 2: a VIP Sports Trip package consisting of a four (4) nights, five (5) day trip for four (4) to a Sporting Event chosen by the winner in conjunction with the Sponsor and a third party agency as chosen by the Sponsor, subject to final approval by the Sponsor, event and travel availability, and a maximum prize value of $10,200.00 CAD. Prize package to include round trip economy airfare, airport transfers, hotel accommodations (two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy), (4) tickets to a Sporting Event, one (1) night limousine service to the Sporting Event up to a maximum value of $500.00 USD, and $500.00 USD in spending money.


Grand Prize Option 3: Four (4) nights, five (5) day trip for four (4) to Las Vegas, Nevada including round trip economy airfare, hotel accommodations (two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy) and $1000.00 USD in spending money.


All other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to: ground transportation; meals; airport taxes; telephone, fax or cable charges; personal services and expenses such as laundry, valet, room service; gratuities; optional tours; insurance; medical travel documents; and other incidental costs and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners must have a valid passport and be able to travel to the United States of America. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners are responsible for all required medical and travel related necessities (including inoculations if required) and documentation. A valid major credit card must be presented upon check-in*. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners must travel together. If any of the Travel Partners is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must also sign a Consent and Release form. Grand Prize Winner and Travel Partners must travel on the trip dates specified. Due to the nature of some of the Grand Prize Options, no alternative travel dates are available. The Sponsor reserves the right to select airline(s) and accommodation(s) at their sole discretion. The Sponsor and their associates will not be responsible if event cancellations or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Grand Prize or any part of the Grand Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, the Grand Prize winner will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Grand Prize, or any such part of the Grand Prize. The Sponsor and their associates make no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to safety, appearance or performance of any prize or prize activity offered. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $10,200.00 CAD plus applicable taxes based on Toronto departure. The Grand Prize winner will work with the Sponsor or a third party travel agent of the Sponsor’s choice, to schedule the trip. If the total dollar value of the Grand Prize is less than $10,200.00 CAD, the difference will not be refunded to the Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner will forfeit such difference. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners assume responsibility for any and all damages, losses or injuries of any kind that may arise while traveling. Hotel accommodations subject to availability and air travel scheduling subject to seat availability. Maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is $10,200.00 CAD. Actual retail value will vary based on Departure Point of the Grand Prize winner.

*Hotel may require that the Grand Prize winner or Travel Partners possess and submit a major North American credit card in good standing at the time of registration; otherwise a cash deposit may be required.

It is recommended that the Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. The Grand Prize winner and his/her Travel Partners will be required to travel together, on the same itinerary. If a potential winner cannot travel on the dates specified, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

CHALLENGE PRIZES: There are one hundred fifty (150) Challenge Prizes (The “Challenge Prizes”) available to be won. Each Challenge Prize will consist of one (1) iTunes credit valued at $25.00 CAD. Each entrant is only eligible to win a Challenge Prize during the Challenge Prize Draw Period (defined below) corresponding to the KITKAT Chunky Flavour in which they voted for.

DAILY PRIZES: There are one hundred seven (107) Daily Prizes (The “Daily Prizes”) available to be won. Each Daily Prize will consist of one (1) Best Buy Gift Card valued at $200.00 CAD.

Prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
