2X in the last 2 days I tried to get stuff from the prizes vault without seeing where to click to redeem. After refreshing its sold out? What do you do to redeem a prize?

How do I use my Points to earn Rewards? There are two ways to earn rewards with your Points. You can redeem Points for goods and services that are offered on the Prize Vault page or you can redeem Points for entries into our Ballot Drawings. To access either the Prize Vault or Ballot page, log in and click on one of the categories under Spend Points, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.

Prize Vault: All prizes on the Prize Vault page are on a first come, first serve basis. The OMNI VIP Prize Vault Page lists all of the available prizes and their associated Point value. Once you have earned enough Points to "purchase" the prize of your choice you may "buy" the prize by logging in and visiting the Prize Vault Page. Then just enter the quantity of the prize you want (please note, some prizes may have a quantity limit of 1 per member), and click "Buy". If you have enough Points, haven't exceeded the purchase limit, and inventory is sufficient, a page will come up which confirms your purchase and provides you with instructions on how to claim your prize. IMPORTANT NOTE: upon making a prize purchase, be sure to print off a copy of your confirmation page.




Now I never see anything that says "BUY"
plus I can not find a contact us button

I believe that the prize vault has specific dates and times for the prizes, I think you can only buy/bid on that date and time.

I know I tried to redeem something from the prize vault, it took a while before it was open, and then after refreshing as soon as you could bid, it was sold out. This was the first time I had tried it, and had absolutely no success with it, although I was on it like a hawk

Does anyone have any tricks for it? Maybe I'm just doing it wrong?

I have never done the prize vault........I like the ballot stuff better......I've won a few times there.

I am going there on the date on the time ...no "buy" button pops up yet when I refresh it gets 'sold out"

I have tried a few times and it doesn't work. I think I will stick to the ballots. I do not see any way to contact them to answer the question either
