Great Cell plans for ontario government workers (teachers, etc..)

My wife is a teacher and she just signed up for a really good telus plan. It has way more data (5GB) than her Rogers plan (500MB) and it's actually about $20 cheaper per month. I think lots of people are eligible.. teachers, doctors, etc.. I hate seeing people pay consumer prices
