    Every once in a while Rexall (and less frequently Shoppers Drug Mart) have stamps on sale. I think at Rexall these are usually 10% off but can't remember for sure.

    Yes. Bought at Rexall and Shoppers. Every couple of months, they offer this (?)

    Rexall had 5% off stamps last week - they usually do 10% off, so I guess inflation has arrived at Rexall, lol
