I had to go to customer service to get the per item points added. First, I took a picture of the tags to show them.
The still checked with the department and it was confirmed that the tag indicated 6000 points.

Thanks @2shopmom the RCSS I shop there was no indication on the tags that there was points on the individually item even ask at customer service and the check claimed it an online offer only

Received 8000 points, personal offer of 4000 points for every $40 spent for Maxi but works at Provigo.
Received 5000 points for Love Child
Cashier made a mistake with the Oikos coupons, he scanned 4, and took out one, did not enter coupon as manufacter's coupon. So had to return at customer service because I did not receive 6000 points.

Even though I return the Oikos, it did not affect my $80 spent.
