Went to Food Basics in April and the employee I talked to treated me really, really badly. It was unusual for that store. I talked to the manager on duty and he was not helpful. So I sent a message to their head office customer service.
Head office sent it to the store manager:doh:
Store manager apologized on the phone and asked me to page him when I am next in the store.
Today he apologized again and had talked to the employee. He gave me a free plant since the problem was about plants.

then i needed astro 2% original yogurt but didn't want to drive a long way so i bought a 750g yogurt tub @ Quality Food, paid $3.99 for 1 tab. :eek:
It happens sometimes when you are paying too much attention to buying cleaning products and not paying attention on what's in your fridge. :lolsign:
