Sobey's had and has a good deal on air miles. Buy chicken thighs or drums at $3.46/lb, a yam at $1.79 lb and Grace's coconut milk at .98 and get 50BPs. I bought a package of chicken for $4 (used my Uncle Ben's $4 off chicken coupon, so zero), I picked a small yam, and the Grace's (which I use) was a good price. So, for about $2 of things I'll use right away, I got 50BP worth about $5.

Thanks for posting your deal! I'll be doing the same thing! Between several last page 50 bonus Air Miles deals and the ongoing (all summer so far) "buy chicken strips, get Asian or veggie stir fry FREE", Sobeys has offered some amazing deals during the past few months, especially when you combine them with $4.00 chicken coupons!
