Had gift card with $23.xx on it.
Saw a free Ikea dining table and 5 chairs on Kijiji-it was even on our street by fluke. Will pick up tonight as some spare chairs will be good.
p.m potatoes 10 pound white potatoes to freshco for 1.44 at walmart today
Well, only I'd be upset with saving 90% at Superstore, here it is...
Vector Honey Almond (4): $21.16
500 Sheet Paper (1): $4.99
Total before discounts: $26.15
10% Student: $2.62
Vector Coupons: $21.16 (4 FPC through Websaver)
SUBTOTAL: $2.36
TAX: $3.06 (ON AMOUNT AFTER STUDENT DIS. ONLY)
TOTAL: $5.43 (Paid on GC from point redemption)
PC Points earned: 3,800 (200BP/$1 on cereal)
So, now they are charging tax on vector cereal, never had that one happen before. Went to customer service and she couldn't even figure it out, BE AWARE, you may be charged tax on it, and the coupon (If you have it) doesn't cover the tax.

repost
desperately needed a pair of glasses but knew I could get a deal if I was patient and waited for some good pc pts. so last week got 10$ for every 50$ spent that I put on hold
this week got 25$ for every 250$ spent
Loblaws also has the deal buy 1 get 1 free
Because my prescriptions so wonky I need the more expensive lens so total came to 561$
10 for every 50 = 110,000 (110$)
25 for every 250 = 50,000 (50$)
=160$ off my bill plus what insurance will reimburse.
so after insurance, pc pts, etc my OOP will be like 100$ for 2 pairs
I knew I could have gone with one of those internet places and I have before but wasn't really happy with the frames and the prescriptions ended up being wrong.
