Some people removed the peelies from the boxes. WM has a lot in stock without the peelies. I carefully checked all the boxes.

Yeah I got 3 boxes on Sunday and I had no idea about the peelies. I checked my boxes today and one has a peelie mark on it from where it was removed but the rest are mark free.

Grrrrr. Oh well. $5.97 is still a great price for candy and considering we got maybe 20 kids last year I think I am stocked up for Halloween.

It's amazing what you can get for under $5.00! :) Today at Walmart:

3 x $1.00 clearance produce bags = $3.00 (total of 8 pounds of a nice variety of apples, 2 bosc pears, 2 pomegranates, 1 cantaloupe and 1 mini watermelon) - the store clerk was just filling the shelves

1 x Glade Warmer @ $7.00 - $7.00 coupon = tax of $ .91

7 x Pringles Tortilla Nacho Chips @ $ .97 (PM'd FreshCo) - 7 x $1.00 coupons (from cans of Pringles) = $ .21 overage - $ .84 tax = $ .63

All that for a total of $4.54!

I used one of my "Fuel for School" $5.00 Visa cards and still had money left on the card! :)

Bought 2 pr. Of $25 undies on clearance today for $2.99- 30% - sorry people- I'm on holiday in Florida. Do I lie on the beach? No- I am a Smart Canuck! I shop in discount stores! I actually did walk on the beach today, but it was so hot! Whew! Give me an air conditioned discount store! DH got a Chaps shirt - probably over $80 originally for $10.49 - 30%. He's happy.

Between target clearance and rcss clearance, my christmas shopping is almost complete.

Some may hate, but our christmas tree is up and 80% of my gifts are now wrapped and under the tree.

I got these new with tag Hunter boots from a thrift store for $25!! Turns out they are this years style, sold out everywhere and out of production. Retailed for $260+ and I've already got a $199 bid on eBay!! :excited:

Starting today Freshco has chicken 1.87 lb.. 10 packages x $4 Coupons from Uncle Ben's rice tubs , my cost was 9.92.. I also had celery and green onions.. I've been really busy with my sister the past few months, dh actually paid full price for stuff while I was in Toronto.. the shame!!!! anyways it was nice to stock up a bit..
