Went to my local grocery store where I shop at regularly to get a bottle of olive oil which was on sale. The manager, who I discovered knows me by name, said they were out of stock. Then he grabbed a bottle of organic olive oil from the same brand and put it in my cart and said he would give it to me for the same price. I was stunned and it took a few seconds before I found the words to thank him. At the cash I learned the organic one was selling for almost twice the price. His kindness really made my day :)
