Went to valumart today as I was going by and never shop at this store. It was a bit frustrating but got 6 country natural wieners for $2.22 each and 2 grillems free with peelie...couldn't find any restrictions for using coupons. However cashier wasn't having any of it. First wouldn't let me use any coupons as they were for $2.50 and wieners were $2.22 so no cant use. The guy behind me was not impressed and asked if this was going to take a long time...I said sorry it shouldn't but obviously it was going to take a long time. So after politely explain to cashier that the coupons could be reduced to $2.22 she eventually gave in after 4 conversations with another cashier that she would allow me to do that but I could only use 4 of the coupons because I was getting the grillems for for free. Which of course makes no logical sense but wouldn't budge on that so I eventually gave in and paid for the 2 packages. You would think that it was her money ..in fact the company is now $.56 worse off by not letting me use the 2 coupons as they won't be getting that money back from company. Oh well this is not a busy store as evidenced by the number of 50%off pink stickers. So got shot 2 packs of PC fresh pasta for supper, 1/2 price organic yogurt 1/2 price cottage cheese and some cheap beef. So I guess that makes up for the wiener situation. I also had a grillems PC offer so got 1500 points so that helps. After I left the store I realized if she wasn't going to allow me to use the 2 coupons on the wieners I should have replaced them with the Oktoberfest sausages for the same price as I don't really need all those wieners. Anyways...hope everyone else has better luck.

It is a weird situation with the rcss flyer on flypp this week. Yesterday I had 2 completely different rcss flyers on my flypp that had May 13 start dates. This morning only one is showing(not the one I preferred). They both said Ontario so someone somewhere is getting a different flyer with scrubbing bubbles for $2.48 and 500 points.

If your NF will let you PM Food Basics it's $2.88 there.

    At Walmart:

    6 x Schneiders Country Naturals Wieners @ $1.88 (PM'd Zehrs) - 6 x $2.50 coupons = + $3.72 overage

1 x Cheerios family size cereal (with choc. milk coupon printed on box) @ $3.94

Total came to 22 cents so I paid 2 dimes and left the store smiling.

    At Foodland:

On the front page of the flyer is an ad for 75 bonus Air Miles WUB3 frozen Nestle products. I bought:

    6 x Nestle Parlour Frozen Dessert 1.5L tub @ $2.99 each = $17.94

6 x boxes of Nestle Novelties (fudge bars, ice cream sandwiches, cream pops, polar dipped) @ $2.99 each = $17.94 plus $2.33 tax

    Total paid is $17.94 + $17.94 + $2.33 (tax) = $38.21

    Earned 4 x 75 = 300 bonus + 1 regular Air Miles = 301

    301 Air Miles = $31.68 value

    $38.21 (paid) - $31.68 (Air Miles value earned) = $6.53 for all 12 tubs/boxes!

A "sweet" deal! It works out to 36 cents for a 1.5L tub of ice cream and 75 cents (36 cents + 39 cents tax) for a box of 6 - 12 ice cream novelties!

Yeah it is weird! It's advertised $3.48 in one flyer and $2.98 in the other. Anyway, I did PM it but I didn't read the small print on the coupon - "one per customer" and only ended up getting one. So it looks like my eleven year old will be in sudden need of Scrubbing Bubbles and also have the saaviness to price match tomorrow in the other line. Ha, ha!

... Well unless our RCSS is the one with cheaper SB!

Can't pm anything at no frills in London which sucks but did pm at rcss, but then when I got home I looked at the receipt and no store name or logo so it was declined from co51...all in all bad shopping/ couponing day today. I am chocking up to Friday the 13th/ full moon combo. Apparently rcss will no longer reduce coupon value down. Cashier said it has to be the same price or more. Sigh!!! Customer service manager had not heard of this new policy. So we will see. All in all a fun day of shopping...not.
