The price match policy is specific to each store. You need to confirm with the store to see what they allow. Mine allows me to PM any store in Ontario.

garden centers are clearing out older stock to bring in new stock these bulbs were there as soon as the growing season started (May?) spring planters also since May are clearing out end of June, many clearance items will be easily found YMMV

@JasmineTea , was on the road for work again today. At break, quick visit to a No Frills with huge garden center had $6.99 Gigantico brand plants for $2.94. Garden bulbs like I got were at this No Frills too, reduced to $2.94.

Before Christmas dh and I wanted to get dd a Frozen castle but weren't going to pay full price for one(they're incredibly cheaply made). The one time it went on sale we could not find it in stock anywhere.
So today I popped into Talize to look for fabric, and a quick stop at the toys turned up the EXACT Frozen castle we were trying to find her before Christmas for $7.99! The accessories were missing but we have a ton of doll furniture and honestly dd doesn't care anyway.

I don't think so. Some times Frescho put stickers on there meat that will exp soon. "I IS LIKE A PINK STICKER. HOPE I AM NOT WRONG
