So I sent DH to get more rib roasts at Adonis, need to stuff the freezer.
He came back with 2 roasts, going to make him go everyday, lol.
These will be cut up into 1" steaks.
Funny story. Our Adonis is in a shopping mall with an outside entrance and an entrance from the mall. He drove and parked closest to the outdoor entrance. There was a lineup outside 10 deep. So he went in through the mall entrance with no lineups.
In a flyer from several weeks ago, Sobeys (ON) has a bonus Air Miles offer of 100 AM (value of $10.50) when you purchase 5 of the following products from Dec. 3 - Jan. 6: General Mills Chex 395g; Yoplait Source 16 x 100g; Yoplait Tubes 8 x 60g or Minigo 6 x 60g; Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Bars 192 - 210g, Protein Bars 148g, Fibre 1 Bars 125 - 175g, Granola Cups 175 - 191g or Betty Crocker Fruit Shapes 226g; Sealtest or Natrel Milk 2L or 4L.
If you're looking to stock up on cereal or granola bars for your own family or to donate, a couple of these items are a good deal. Today, I bought:
20 x Chex cereal (several flavours) @ $3.99 each = $79.80
- 10 x $1.00 WUB2 coupons (peelie right on the boxes) = $10.00
- 400 Air Miles = $42.00 value
$79.80 (cost) - $10.00 (coupons) - $42.00 (Air Miles value) = $27.80 total or $1.39 per box of Chex cereal :)
and I also bought:
30 x Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Bars (several flavours) @ $3.00 each = $90.00
- 15 x $1.00 WUB2 coupons (tear-pad) = $15.00
- 600 Air Miles = $63.00 value
$90.00 (cost) - $15.00 (coupons) - $63.00 (Air Miles value) = $12.00 total or 40 cents per box of 6 Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Bars (plus tax) :)
There were shelf tags at my local Sobeys showing the bonus Air Miles offer in front of these products.
The Chex cereal was on an end cap as well as in the regular cereal aisle and most of the boxes had peelie coupons attached to them.
***I should also add that I paid by redeeming Air Miles and I still earned all the bonus Air Miles.
We are not going to do this deal because we have enough snacks around the house already

- 3.00 Caddle (3 different varieties x 3 per variety limit)
- 1.50 CO51 (limit of 5 total, all varieties included)
Not a great deal but also not a bad deal
is there a limit on the offer on points??? Does RCSS limit homw many times u can price match an item??
@WillieP for PM matching it will depends on your store. The RCSS I shop at is 4 Limit. My sister live in a different city and the RCSS she shops does limit 12.
If it’s a flyer points offer In my experience there is no points limit. Some one correct me if I am wrong
@Thatdone
I just read that someone was able to price match a K-Mini on keurig.ca at RCSS for $58
https://www.keurig.ca/brewers/keurig...-k-mini-brewer
What you have to do is, go to https://www.realcanadiansuperstore.ca/ and search all the stores by location in your area to see if they carry the K-Mini, or just go to the store and try your luck.
Of course, YMMV on whether your store will price match a website.
Good luck.
@couponmummy Thank you but i doubt my store will pm keurig.ca but you never know. My wife has to go there later and she said she will look to see if they even sell them and if they do she will try it
@Thatdone
Your best bet is if you ask at Customer Service first.
Sobey's
Pizzioli kit and Crackle Barrel Shredded Mozzarella $4.99 each - $2 each for CO51 offer= $2.99 each
Also received 190 airmiles from offer
Kashi organic cereal $3.99 x2 (on sale at IGA, reg price $5.79 each) = $7.98 - 2 x $1 coupons = $5.98
CO51 2 x $1 + $1 bonus wub 2 = $2.98
Purchased with Air Miles on a promotion where 85AM = $10 (instead of 95 AM), so savings of $1 (approx) for every $10. I pro-rated the saving wrt the Kashi = $0.60
So $2.38 for 2 boxes, or $1.19 each
I did the same offer previously but without the AM promotion, still a great deal. Now I am up to my yin yang in cereal :)
Only a few days after posting that I hadn't seen good deals on dinner ham or Italian sausage in quite some time... at Metro, The Deli Shop dinner ham for $6.99 plus Johnsonville breakfast sausage (not Italian, but I had no regular sausages either) for $3.99. Not really a notable price for either, but the deal also included redeeming Air Miles at 85=$10 instead of the usual 95, and Metro's promo of 50 AM when you redeem at least 85. So, both items cost 98 cents plus 85 AM with 50 earned back.

Pharmaprix
I had a personal offer for Gadoua bread $1.29(limit 2), on sale for $1.99
Originally, I was going to buy 2 loaves, 2 x $1.29 = $2.58
But, there was a sticker, 3000 points WUB3 loaves
I figure why not buy 3, then it would cost me (2 x $1.29) + $1.99 - $3 (3000 points) = $1.57
Bonus : When I scanned my card, I asked cashier to make sure that it was $1.29 for bread.
After I paid, I looked at my receipt and the system charged me $1.29 for each loaf.
3 x $1.29 = $3.87 - $3 (3000 points) = .87 / 3 = .29 a loaf!
Merry Christmas everyone, and my Best Boxing Day deals, went to my SDM at 8:00am to pick up Olay box sets, and I wanted to check out the No7 Restore and renew gift set reg, $94 for $70, these gift sets never come on sale and are never included in the 50% off sale, but I decided to scan a box and see, it came up to $29.99...Woohoo!! I bought 4 boxes received the 20x the points, so the Olay gift sets were $9.50 and $12.50, I ended up getting almost 55,000 pts I don’t know how they calculated it because I should have received 36,000...anyways, the No7 came to around $19.99 a set and the Olay came to around $6.50 to $9.00 each, after the points. I checked on Amazon and the prices for No7 restore and renew serum & multi action day and night cream came to around $250 if I bought them separately!!
RCSS life at home throw (faux suede on one side and sherpa on the other) $8.64 and matching pillow $4.04. Some Xmas decor at 50% off. A pack of "New Year" crowns or headbands for new year celebration $0.34.
SDM personal offer on butter $1.99. Limit 2.
[QUOTE=jzs1598;7106304]Just called a couple stores and looks like No7 gift sets are not on sale. If you wouldn't mind posting receipt that would be great. Thanks in advance [emoji4]
I have trying to reply to you, but I keep getting my message is to short, here it is again!

Here is the receipt, like I mentioned previously the No7 gift sets are never included, and I’m sure the stores you called said that they weren’t because they never are, there is no sign indicating they are on sale. I just decided to check with the price checker and they came up as $29.99. Your best bet would be to go to the store, good luck!

As each Shoppers is privately owned by the pharmacist - this is why some stores have different clearance prices. One Shoppers I went to insisted the senior discount was for 65 and older and didn't offer any discount on cosmetics (I stopped shopping at that location). Best to go in store and scan, as it maybe on sale but the staff is not aware of it.
