SDM 2 boxes of Special K cereal for $1 each. On sale in flyer for $2.99, then used BOGO coupon to get one free. Then claimed $1 from Checkout 51. One of the two has to be chocolate and berries flavour to get the $1 back. Make sure you go to a big SDM. The smaller ones only have the plain Special K flavour, not the fancy kinds.
I got some good deals this week, got nice n easy hair dye the foam ones from Rexall they were on the discount cart for $3.06 each so I got 2 the first day and 1 the next only 3 in my shade, plus I had coupons from save.ca so I used 1 for $5 off when you buy 2 and 1 for $2 when you buy 1 so paid a total with tax $3.37.
Then I went to Loblaws and found tea-bags Lipton yellow box 100 bags per box they were on for $1.94 and I had 6x$1 coupons so I got 6 for $5.64 no taxes.
Then between shoppers and walmart price match I got 21 reach toothbrushes for FREE I think I would have been paid .11c to take them out of the store at walmart but I got some at Shoppers as well. These were a donation if I had taken these home for me my son would have put me in retail rehab for over doing it on the toothbrushes haha
I've also got some shampoo on sale with coupons, conditoner, free cat food and treats so overall I did really good this week some weeks better then others.
FREE Barilla pasta at IGA using 1$ coupons I got from a trade :)
SDM had Lindt chocolate bars at 3 for $5, but I found 3 of them that had $2 off manager's coupons, which made them free! (I was also buying cereal, so the overage went towards that.)

Bush's baked beans at Foodland 4/$5. Bought 7 @ $1.25 each - 7 x $1 smartsource coupons. Total was $1.75. Yay!

Took advantage of the 18,500 pts WUS $75 at SDM today. As a bonus, Clinique had a 10x WUS $75. Bought $84 worth of goodies and a few samples (they were having a special beauty event at my location). I usually get my Clinique from The Bay or Sears whenever they have gift with purchases, but I usually end up not using the samples included. I figured, I should just rack up points, so I can redeem for the exact products I like :-) I might just go back tomorrow and stock up on other essentials!

I've used Clinique for most of my teenage/adult life and I've never had any issues with them. They're fragrance free and gentle enough for sensitive skin. The past couple of years, I've been venturing out and trying different brands but I'm thinking of switching back. My skin has been acting out lately and has been very dry (normally oily).Quote:

I was in Kitchener for a couple of days but only had a car available for 1/2 a day. I flew around to Value Village, the new Mennonite Relief 2nd hand store and Talize.
My best buy was an Obus Form back support for $4 at the Mennonite store on Kent. I picked up a couple of shirts for DH at VV but they weren't particularly cheap. I couldn't find anything at Talize.I was very impressed with the cleanliness, organization and pricing at the New Mennonite store on Kent. I also bought a wall shelf for our bathroom. Now getting all this home on the train was a bit of a challenge! Thankfully some very kind Via conductors helped me with my suitcases.
Thanks for sharing this one. I have been pricing out these diapers. Didn't want to pay a lot as I am thinking my little one won't use that many before he grows to the next size. I will go tomorrow.
