At canadian tire, I didnt notice I was overcharged until after I paid... so I went to the customer service desk, and the lady who served me, her name tag said supervisor, and she tried to just give me the difference.... ahhh no I dont think so!! it was only a can of cat food, but thats not the point!

I had a long break today in the afternoon , so decided to kill some time shopping. I'm hosting a party on the weekend , so was looking for some specials
At Loblaws I got 9X PC dips (5 different flavours) on special $1.94 , had a PC plus offer 1400 pts WUB a PC dip, so 0.54 each plus on top 3 rang at a reg, price $3.29, so SCOPed 2, all the dips are FREE At the same store, home made lasagna, beef and 3 cheese (from deli counter, reg.$10.94) was on liquidation at $2.94 minus pink sticker, so about $1.50 . Of course, I grabbed 2. But wait, it gets better, it rang at 0.94 each minus 50%. I was shocked, and so was the cashier
At another Loblaws, Gold Bond lotion on special $4.99 (reg.7.99) Got 2 for free using SS $5 printables ( except for the taxes) X2 transaction and redeemed for 1XCanadian Living mag 3 months subscription and 1XCoup De Pouce mag in French 3 months subscription. Double freebie
At Target, Pantene Shampoo on liquidation , $2,49 used $2 from P&G and Target 0.75 , so Free and also got Sunlight laundry packs 48 ct. The shelf tag said $7.99 so of course I used a printable $8 Shoppers Voice coupie soon expiring. The detergent rang at $12.99, and I went to claim my SCOP. The cashier didn't know how to deal with that because I only paid $6.49 out of pocket and she wanted to give me the SCOP for $12.99 plus the tax. I suggested her to subtract the value of the coupon, this way we would all be happy. As I was leaving Target, a person from Starbucks announced free regular coffee for everyone and this totally has made my day

Had to buy a new furnace April 2013 (died in winter) and got Air Miles from the furnace company.
This year, annual maintenance, we went to pay the guy and he asked for our Air Miles card. Again.
So looking forward to getting more Air Miles in 2015 for maintaining the new furnace.

About the resp, ask them if you can get some of the points from the past. Some places will back 1 year for points. Won't hurt to ask

Hmmm. Is he the final word? Is there someone higher up to speak to? Is there a customer service department? Maybe some satisfaction can be reached by asking again

I am only suggesting because I got a "No" before but talked to a few more people about my issue and got a "yes" for persistence (and being nice about the whole thing). Just a suggestion...
