From my neighbour who moved ,they putted away a storage unit in plastic 8 compartiments,,,valued at 50$ ..free...I wanted one for my stockpile in my bathroom but no way I would paid this price.

At IGA clearance of 2 larges fresh pizza at 4,25$ (instead of 8,99$) one greek and one with bacon and vegetables.Frozen one.I love that,.

If I am there I always check for that or sandwichs,they sell at 50% when its expiring shortly or made too much.

yesterday had a great shop, I find Food Basics puts their fresh meats at 40% off quite often

Was able to get chicken breasts, Pork chops, ground Beef all at 40% off, salads spinach $2.00 off.

Specially Spinach I love it sauteed
potato salad, pop, garden juice crackers all at $0.99 each
