Went to No Frill's to scoop up some last minute deals before their new sale starts tomorrow. This is what I got (among other things we needed for supper (gosh, I hate having to pay non-sale prices when an impromptu meal idea comes up... but so is life lol)... Anyway, I got:

Nutrigrain bars on clearance for $1.52 a box. They had the Free breakfast item promo so I'm getting free strawberries and milk.

Sun Rype fruit snacks for the kids also marked down to $1.52.

Crispy Minis on sale for $1.33 - $1.00 coupon, so $0.33. Not bad but I suspect I can get them free somewhere before expiry so won't be doing that one too often.

Vienna Sausages, I don't like these but the boys like to fry them up for a really unhealthy Saturday breakfast lol. $1.00 each x 3 - $1.50, so $0.50 each.

    Catelli Bistro $1.50 - $1.00 websaver coupon, $0.50 cents

    Wonder Bread $2.00 - $1.00 coupon, $1.00.

    Kraft dressing 710 mL bottles $2.97 - $1.00 Coupon Zone coupon. $1.97.

Romaine Hearts $1.50 for 2 pack.

Pampers Natural baby wipes 72-count @ $2.00 a box. Missed out on the Snap saves promo for Huggies but to be honest... don't do Snap so much as CO51 (tsk, tsk lol).

Not great deals but considering we made a last minute menu change, was happy to find some pink stickers on the meat I needed. I got ground beef (we did nachos and tacos tonight) was pink stickered 30% so paid $10.00 for 2.5 lbs of ground beef. Pork was also pink stickered. Paid $4.30 for 1.5 lbs of ground pork. Didn't even know I had points for fresh beef/pork so I earned 1400 points for both... just taking it as a bonus lol. New points get loaded tomorrow. :D

    Pharma Plus

Royal Tiger Tissue - $4.77 - $1.00, $3.77. Best price I've paid so far for it and it's the paper towel that keeps on giving because I get more peelie coupons every time.

Free Jergens lotion 356 mL (FPC Mail out). Speaking of lotion - they keep $5.00 manufacturer Cetaphil coupons behind the cash register to use as an in store coupon. Tsk, tsk! I didn't bother asking because I figured they'd make me use it then and there and the price wasn't up to snuff.

    Thrift store:

    Brand new Adidas T-shirt, men's $3.00
Brand new Tommy Hilfiger with tags sweater $3.00

That's all I got. Looking forward to some sales tomorrow. :D

    nice shop
I wonder if the store had problems with the $5 tear pads disappearing, so they kept them at the cash register

Could be. Bully if that's the case. I loathe tear-pad thieves with a passion lol. Then again, bully to them if they're using manufacturer coupons as store coupons Not sure how I feel about that. Would have loved a couple just to get the lotion. It's really good for my boys' eczema.
