The cashier even showed me a printed policy stating that a coupon can't be used if a customer gets a product for free, their loss! Used it at WM insread

Shopping was great today got deals in every store , Told the cashier at Jean Coutu that it was fast becoming my favorite store picked up 2 jars of Kraft peanut butter for 99 cents each. Was given 3 free transport passes for the special bus at Hart,Was upset earlier this week that Maxi did not have turkey on sale but when I got there today they had fresh Butterball for 1.87 lb maybe not the cheapest but appreciate they had them. At Metro they let me use the phone at the counter bought a 5 kilo jug of molasses there should be good for the Winter making cookies and beans. Also went to the 2nd hand store where the ladies work for free to raise money they let me put my bag behind the counter so I wouldn't have to lug it around. When I got home my order from Walmart had arrived in under 3 days Wow so that was nice also. Not only that but my neighbor gave me a lift home from town 20 kms and that permitted me to buy a larger grocery because I took the bus in to town really great way to start the Thanksgiving weekend I am grateful Yup great day

A while back, one Zehrs had Allen's Apple Lemonade 1.89L on clearance for $ .50. I had $1.00 coupons which they accepted at a $ .50 value each. Today, I found the same juice and price at a different Zehrs but, this time, the cashier allowed each $1.00 coupon (from Allen's cans) to cover the cost of 2 juice. I got:
20 x Allen's Apple Lemonade 1.89L @ $ .50 each - 10 x $1.00 coupons = ALL FREE!
(The best before date is March 30, 2016.)
Update: I forgot that I had a PC Plus personal offer for Allen's 1 - 1.89L juice. Since I purchased 20 bottles, I received 20 x 200 points = 4,000 points = $4.00 value. Thanks PC Plus!
So, not only did I get the 20 bottles FREE, I gained $4.00!Last edited by lotsasavings; Sat, Oct 10th, 2015 at 01:00 PM.
