A few weeks back I stocked up on strawberries I was gonna make jam and froze them in the meantime but came across a recipe for pineapple cake (stay with me) it calls for 20 Oz of crushed pineapple and a box of angelfood cake mix that's it
It turned out so good I thought I'd try it with some thawed strawberries OMG even better than the pineapple cake
So all those frozen blueberries or raspberries you have or will have at some point keep this easy peasy recipe in mind

Our local Walmart Superstore had a skid load of Canada Dry 12x Cans products on display. The product has $2 coupons inside the case.

We price matched to Food Basics to $3.67. Bought 1 case, clipped the $2 coupon, bought the next @ $1.67 ($3.67-$2 cpn), and so on, and so.. we bought a dozen @ $1.67 since summer's just a round the corner.

I forgot to take a photo of the coupon, so can't post the information in the coupon forum.

    March 30th UPDATE:

Be on the lookout for these special marked cases...

hi avoncalling, Anna mentioned that she only used 20 ounces of crushed pineapple and a box of angel food cake mix, that's it! So I'm assuming if you wanted to use any other fruit it would be the same, 20 ounces and then the cake mix. Let us know how the cake comes out!!

I second that. I hate wasting food but am so useless at knowing what to do when we don't use something up in time. Bananas and berries are the things I make poor use of when they go old too fast.

6 packages of ML bacon PM to SDM @ $4.99
    (6 X $4.99 = $29.94) - (6 X $2.50 coupons or $15.00) + (6 X 3000 PC points per package or $18.00) = credit of $2.94
    But it gets better!
Got 2 free packages of Redi Crisp bacon (with more peelies) and received another 6000 points or $6.00!
Bottom line -- 8 free packages of bacon and $8.94 in my pocket for doing it -- does it get any better than that!!

For those who asked, this was in in-store promotion and advertised on the front page of their flyer -- 3000 points per package!
Just took advantage of what was offered
Amazingly though it is only us smartcanuckers who know how to put it all together.
There is nothing advertised in the store. ML Bacon is $7 reg price. Because of everyones posts we all knew about the coupons, we know to price match
and we know to check our flyers. Put that all together and voila, serious savings (and occasionally a money maker)
