I still have a huge stockpile of them and was using some today to package my Maple Leaf Bacon before putting them (squeezing them?) into the freezer.

The hams have really long expiry dates over a month so you could keep a few in the fridge BUT I do freeze them however the texture changes and my guys will then only it eat fried on in a casserole. Originally Posted by Purdee
