TG-I did not see them in the flyer. A lady at the checkout had 3 so I went back and got one. There was a sale sign so not sure if you would find it at other stores or not. Perhaps you can call your Safeway and ask the price of utility turkeys before you head over.

Just a few deals, the mini nestle bars were on sale at freshco for $2.00 less $2.00 coupon! Pm 'd the Delissio Rustico pizza from Foodland for $2.99less $1.00 so $1.99. I mentioned last week that I bought a bunch of club house spices for .99 cents, they all ended up free plus overage because I had $1.50 coupon, went back today, and they were reduced to $50 cents, didn't have too many of the $1.50 coupons left so I used the .75 cent ones still ended up with overage. The club house Montreal steak spice rub in the bag was down to $1.25 from $4.95, less $1.50 coupon!! Picked up the LCBO food and wine book, with coupons inside!!it seemed like they were clearing out there spice and condiment section, got Piri Piri sauce $1.50, french's Buffalo ketchup .99 cents never tried it, but it had a picture of Frank's red hot sauce on the bottle! Zucchini relish .50 cents. Most of them had 2017 expiry date!!

No deal hunting last week as we had an anniversary party to throw, and a short-cut one today since mom has to head out of town overnight. Still got some good stuff!

2 Irish coffee-style mugs with gingerbread people on them, Brother printer cartridge for our printer ($64 fricking dollars at staples!!!), Chef'n palm peeler, candle wicks, wax beads, a few kinds of ribbon, 2 cables for computer things, 2 8-gb thumb drives and lanyards for them, 3-tier cardboard cake stand ($10+ in stores!), pinking shears, Christmas sweater from Northern Reflections, a hat, and my mom got a bunch of clothes - $6!

    Freebies:
Tree skirt, two little gingerbread people ornaments, a basket that a plant came in that I will repurpose, a spray can of lysol, 9 Litehouse salad dressing jars (all have nice wide mouths so I can put my bulk goods in them), a large glass grocery-store spice jar, a tall epicure jar, and a square jam jar.

8 X Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheese Slices 240 g. On sale for $4.99 but rang up at $5.47 so SCOP on 1. Had 2 different personal pc points offers of 800 points each.
    7 X 4.99 = $34.93 - (8 X 1600 points = 12800 or $12.80) - (4 coupons B2S1.50 = $6)
    Total OOP $16.13 = $2.02 per package.

I had a "Fashion Show" featuring our New dog trying on all of our former dogs' coats and raincoats and doggie boots and scarves as well as the clothing that her former owners sent with her. I found a purple and a brown coat she can wear but the boots were just comic!
I discovered that they had bought human children's vests and they work ok. - the 3 mo. Size is a little small but will work for a while.
They are certainly cheaper than dog clothing!

I looked at Goodwill and Value Village today but didn't find anything appropriate.

I will need to get her some kind of rainwear as I don't appreciate the smell of soggy-dog!

Got a SCOP on castor oil at SDM! LOL

The reason for my purchase, I opened my kitchen door this morning and there was a rat scurrying away! To add insult to injury our storm door on that entrance failed a few days ago, so we just have the interior door. We have a temporary screen thing there right now, but now we're just not opening that door! I'm making a solution to deter pests ($5 for a very small bottle so was happy to get it free!), we'll see if it works.

Meanwhile, DH and I emptied the area that stores our firewood, saw two rats in there but no nests. Hopefully we've at least made them unhappy so far.
